How to join SECEC
All practitioners interested in shoulder and elbow pathologies and who are willing to make a contribution to the association’s purpose are welcome to apply.
Please note that you will need to be sponsored by two members in order to join (make sure that your sponsors are informed about your application). As part of SECEC's partnership with the European shoulder and elbow national societies, you don't need to list the two sponsors if you are a member of your country's national society.
Prepare your documents before starting your online application:
- Profile picture
- Short CV incl publications
- Names and email addresses of your two sponsors (not for , unless you are a member of your country's National Society
- Copy of your diploma / qualification (juniors only)
Please note that the Membership Committee reserves the right to refuse an application if it is considered that it does not meet the requirements.
Annual fee
The annual fees are set every year by the SECEC Membership Committee and are subject to change.
2026 membership fees are :
- full membership : 295 €
- corresponding membership : 195 €
- junior membership (under 32 yo) : free
We remind you that your membership will automatically be lost if the annual fee is not paid for 2 consecutive years.
Automatic renewal
Membership runs from January to December and, starting in 2026, will be automatically renewed every year by default.
Payments will be processed in January unless members choose to opt out of the automatic renewal via their personal area or by email to the SECEC office before December 31st the previous year.
