OSES – Revision Surgery in Shoulder Instability

The Online Shoulder & Elbow School (OSES) will host a new mentoring session dedicated to Revision Surgery in Shoulder Instability, a complex topic frequently encountered in shoulder surgery.
This session will be moderated by Valentina Greco (Italy) and Juan Aguilar (Spain) and mentored by two senior surgeons: Abdulilah Hachem (Spain) and Ruth Delaney (Ireland).
OSES sessions are built around real clinical cases presented by the senior faculty. The discussion focuses on decision-making and surgical strategy in challenging situations such as revision procedures.
Throughout the session, junior surgeons are actively involved through questions and guided discussion, creating a dynamic and educational exchange as each case is analysed step by step. This format encourages direct interaction between experienced surgeons and juniors, beyond a traditional webinar approach.
